We have spacious library which is well stocked, well furnished and supplemented with number of monthly, periodical & yearly magazines written by renowned Indian and International authors. The library is continuously enriched with the new books in each discipline.

In the age of the IT advancements college has an E-Library where the students are provided easy access to E-Learning Audio-Video Lectures, E-Books etc. For this purpose various Video Lecturers have been uploaded on college website. Various software and E-Books are uploaded on the Computers for easy access to students.

The state of Art Computer labs are fully equipped with all the latest facilities. The computers are Dual Core Processors. There are 24 x 7 broadband internet facilities for students & faculties.

Nursing Foundation lab has patient simulator. Nursing is an art and science that needs a lot of practice. The Nursing Foundation lab is the practical area of the students, where they perform all nursing procedures prior to the exposure to the clinical field. The faculty uses the lab for various demonstrations of procedures in nursing. This spacious laboratory is well equipped with patient simulator, cardio-pulmonary resuscitation mannequin, life form hand simulation, etc. in addition to the facilities in real ward situation.

There are 6 manikins (dummies) in the Nursing Foundation Lab for human simulation used by faculty to teach students how to administer care to patients. All the manikins are laid on the bed with appropriate pedicel equipment attached to them. Fundamental lab is designed to use it as a tool for teaching psychomotor skilIs and cognitive and critical thinking pathways. Nursing Foundation offers the ability to provide simulation education to test students clinical and decision-making skills during realistic patient care scenarios. Nursing Foundation lab is extremely realistic and flexible to meet multi-disciplinary education as per needs of the nursing students.

Labs designed to help students gain knowledge of the structure and function of the human body. The lab has excellent infrastructure forming the basis of deeper understanding of body functions.

Lab imparting the basic knowledge about food and to practice cooking for healthy as well as for the sick. Lab with modern cooking facilities has two main aims – Preparation & Serving. We have the wide variety of pulses and many more items of nutritional value.

This lab is designed in order to introduce them to wider horizons of rendering nursing services in a community technique and other safe effect methods to serve the public directly. In order to teach students to look after the community health in the proper perspective, we give training in rural health nursing to enable the students to participate in the countries health programme and gain experience in community health.

Rawat Nursing College Provides excellent laboratory facilities for basic learning in Maternal and Child Health Sciences Comprising latest gadgets and equipments. In this laboratory student learn the basic skills of maternity and child health nursing prior to exposure to the clinical area. The lab contains various obstetrical charts related to antenatal, intranasal and postnatal care, including models to practice the conduct of labor. It also includes baby mannequins to practice nursing procedures, growth charts, and immunization schedules and play materials for different age group. The aim of the MCH lab is to achieve excellence in basic and applied teaching relating to child health and obstetrics & gynecology.

They need proper care and affection, so that they can concentrate on studies with peaceful mind. So we focus on all these facilities to be provided to students coming to our hostel.

Caring Warden tight security and airy rooms with good ventilation helps students to focus on academics. All rooms are well furnished with wooden tables, chairs, beds and wardrobes for all students. Lots of recreational activities like excursions, meditations, exercising are frequently organized to bring out emotional, psychological & intellectual development of the hostellers.

College not only focuses on academic but also on health of young learners for that purpose. A hygienic cafeteria in our campus provides healthy, delicious delicacies during and after college hours. Main focus is given on the nutrition level of food items because we know that a healthy nation resides in healthy youth.

In order to provide a family atmosphere to the hostellers, a mess cum recreation hall is attached to both the hostels where they can spend some of their leisure time. A television is setup in the mess area to keep the hostellers linked with day-to-day happenings around the world and also to provide them with some stress free time.

Spacious and well ventilated classrooms are suitable to enhance the teaching-learning process. Activity rooms are well furnished with equipments. Dance room is equipped with all sorts of music system to develop dancing skills. Music room has various musical instruments Tabla, Guitar, Synthesizer, Harmonium etc. Art room has with various materials related with different art forms. Here students can learn so many things according to their areas of interest.

Rawat Nursing College encourages the development of sports skills and virtues like team, spirit, discipline and dedication. So as to develop these values among students, we focus on sports activities in our college.

The college encourages all students to participate in sports activities and physical training. College sends the promising students to the training programs conducted by the specialized training instructors of the University Campus. The college organizes “Sports Week” every year when a whole lot of events like Karate, Chess, Kho-Kho, Rope Mallakhamb etc. are conducted. Students are also encouraged to participate in indoor games like Carrom, Chess and Table-Tennis. Besides these, emphasis is also given to Yoga and Martial Arts.
